New Rust-Based Ransomware Cicada3301 Targets Windows and Linux Systems

Cybersecurity researchers have unpacked the inner workings of a new ransomware variant called Cicada3301 that shares similarities with the now-defunct BlackCat (aka ALPHV) operation.
